REMINDER: CFEC will be having it's first Nutrition seminar on March 28th @ 12noon – 2pm.  We will be covering the importance of performance eating and recovery. Emphasis will be placed on the simple implementation of Paleo and "The Zone" eating. We will have a cooking demonstration and other food to try, please come prepared to eat a little.  By the end of the seminar you will have no more excuses why you cannot feed and water yourself for optimum performance and health!
