Thank you all for a wonderful 2008. Having put in our first full year as a CrossFit affiliate, I am very happy to have included so many new people into our CrossFit family. It makes me feel so gratified to see all the good things that are happening in people's lives now that they are doing CrossFit.
Let's make the new year full of attainable goals of far reaching fitness levels. Give every workout all you have and there will be no limits to what you can achieve with your fitness.
