One of the things that most of us love about training at CFEC is how we get to take our workouts outside. The looks that we get from the traffic going by, is comical. But in the end, most of the onlookers wish they were us.  We’re the ones having all the fun! Here’s the 10 a.m. class doing the "gurney walks."
