Tom taking part in our NEW Masters Conditioning Class.  It is a great way to reintroduce functional movements and conditioning to those who have a few years on most of our CrossFitters who attend our other group classes.  9 o’clock on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings.

 

 

Level 1
Partner Workout
In teams of two, perform the following in any order.
200 Sit Ups
150 Squats
100 Push Ups
50 Pull Ups
* One person does the work while the other holds the plate  (45#/25#) overhead.  All work must be completed while the plates is overhead.  Once the plate is dropped, no reps will count.
