And so the adventure begins….All month long, WOD’s will be determined by the deck of cards called "The Hopper." The Hopper Deck has 54 workouts and these workouts will be pulled the night before and posted here.

With a continuous running clock, 5 exercises, 1 minute each. Every rep counts as a point (For Rowing it is calories)
