Our very own Richard Andersen, executive vice president of the San Diego Padres, after a gruesome workout with his trainer, Teshina DeBoer.  Richard has been doing Crossfit for about eight months now and has come a long way since his first workout.  He is one determined and motivated individual.  The harder the workout, the more determined he is to finish it!  He has overcome many physical obstacles by doing these Crossfit workouts and continues to improve every week. Keep up the great work, Richard!
