This WOD was a grind. It did not make any friends today.
Pablo, don’t scare off the afternoon crowd. This was a Great WOD! Loved every rep. What a way to start off a Monday. And I like going to the dentist, proctologist and IRS all in the same day too!!!!!!
Newman, you goof, I have never done the 30 muscle-ups for time… There are no girls on the board right now. Tiffany and I need to do it together. Although, after today, maybe we can wait until next week:) And, sadly, no strict muscle-ups for me today, still a little sick and after the 15 shoulder press there was NO WAY I wasn’t going to kip!
