What an amazing day! We have such a wonderful group of athletes here at CFEC. I was actually moved to tears yesterday as I witnessed so many of you set PRs on the Back Squat and the Overhead Squat. I hope you are as proud of yourselves as we all are of you! Here are a few of you moving some big weight…
Level II WOD
This WOD will truly expose any of your weaknesses. As the CrossFit philosophy states, work capacity over broad time and modal domains. The better you become at all the different disciplines, the higher fitness level you will achieve.

Hey Paul, with all do respect I may need to contest my Rx for the Level II WOD this morning. My squat cleans were sooo ugly that yo mama even said “Boy, them some Uuuugly squat cleans”. And I’m sure I shorted a couple in depth. Just so that it’s of record.
But awesome job to you, you forty something year old. Way to school the younger forty somethings. That was a montster wod. Got a lot of work to do for sure.
Thank you to all who came out to see the movie “Every Second Counts” last night. I hope you got an insight to the dedication and hard work some of CrossFit’s elite athletets put into their workouts to achieve top performances. I also hope you saw how you are never alone in you own suffering during a workout. And, everyone’s hands rip.
