LEVEL 2

What is the Level 2 class all about?  Level 2 programming is for Crossfit athletes who are proficient in all
of the basic Crossfit skills, and who can complete Crossfit workouts at
the prescribed loads with intensity.  The Level 2 class generally focuses on the more complex Crossfit movements executed at higher intensities.  We currently have one Level 2 class at CFEC at 6am on Saturday mornings.  If you feel that you meet the above criteria, or are close (there are several of you out there), and would like to try this Level 2 class, please speak to Paul or Lisa.
