This is a variation of the final wod at the CrossFit Games Northeast Regional Quailfier.  If you would like to complete it as Rx'd at the qualifier use 155#/105# for the Power Clean and get your chest to the bar on those Pull Ups.

Further proof that CrossFit and a healthy diet works.  What will you look like at 49?  More importantly, how will you feel?  If you continue to CrossFit, eat meat, vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar, the answer to both questions will be "pretty damn good!"
