1 Member is doing Max Reps of:
KB Swings (Men 53#, Women 35#)
Box Jumps
Dumbbell Push Press (Men 35#, Women 25#)
Jumping Back Squats (Men and Women 45#)
Push Ups
Once both Members of a team have done Max Reps of an exercise, they move to the next exercise and repeat. Score is the total number of Reps completed between both Members on all exercises.
