Teamwork
According to Wikepedia "Teamwork is a joint action by two or more people, in which each person contributes with different skills and express his or her individual interests and opinions to the unity and efficiency of the group in order to achieve common goals.

When Laurie told me she did pullups with 2 people holding her down I didn’t believe it. But I should have known… She is pretty strong.
I woke up this morning as sore as I have ever been in my life. It’s like I just started working out. After yesterday’s workout, I’m not sure I can hold a bar. WaaWaaWaaWaa.
