Partner Workout….AMRAP in 30 minutes

2 person teams

Both partners run 400M, then….

One person working at a time to complete the following:

10 Thrusters (M-95#/W-65#)

10 Push-ups

10 Box Jumps

10 Pull-ups

10 Burpees

Post round total to comments
