5 Pull-ups

10 Push-ups

15 Squats

Then: 7 Reps of Bear Complex (95/65)

1 Rep Consists of:

Power Clean

Front Squat

Push Press

Back Squat

Push Press

(Bar cannot touch the ground until you have completed all 7 reps)

(3 Rounds of WOD, Men must end Bear Complex with 135# and Women 100#)
