So I walk in this gym every day absolutely loving what I do and what I see. Just about everyday two to three people walk through our doors and ask, "What is CrossFit?" Normally I tell them what we are "not" first. We are not your typical chain gym, we do not offer a membership, no contracts, we do not circuit train or do not use inflated beach balls and we do not teach isolated movements.
