Tabata Intervals ( 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest
repeated 8 times) is applied in turn to the Squat, Rower, Pull-ups,
Sit-ups, and Push-ups with a one minute rotation break between
exercises. Each exercise is scored by the weakest number of reps
(calories on the rower) in each of the eight intervals. During the one
minute rotation time allowed the clock is not stopped but kept running.
The score is the total of the scores from the five stations.

per class for current CFEC members and $14.00 per class for the general
public.  Come improve your flexibility, balance, strength and overall
fitness in this challenging and dynamic yoga-based class.  This class
has been designed specifically to benefit CrossFitters, but is
accessible and beneficial to those of all fitness levels and
activities.  This class is open to anyone and everyone, feel free to
invite your friends, family, neighbors, etc…

COMMITMENT

Fran Carroll drives in from Poway twice each week to get his workouts in at CFEC.  His fitness journey began on Father's Day 7 years ago when he was given a gift certificate for Personal Training by his lovely wife.  He has been with Paul every week since.  He his truly an example of work capacity increasing across broad time, distance, modal, and age domains.  Great work Fran Carroll!
