PRIDE

As your trainers and coaches, the highlight of our jobs is when we see your hard work and dedication pay off.  Richard Andersen had not one, but three, Pr's during Sunday's workout with Teshina.  He hit a 95# Deadlift, 65# Power Clean and Jerk, and he graduated from the blue band to the green on his pull-ups.  Way to go Richard!
