8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds rest of the following:

Med Ball Cleans (M-20#/W-16#)

Clapping Push-ups

Jumping Pull-ups

Split Squat Jumps

Burpees

Count total reps, post to comments

Tuesday we saw a large number of participants in our classes.  I had a great sense of pride seeing all those bodies doing the WOD. I really want to thank all those who came to get some. I truly believe that we are building a very special community here at CFEC. Help get others involved in our community by having your friends and neighbors get fit by coming  to our free classes. They’re held  every 2nd and 4th Saturday at 11:00 am. Thanks again.
