Coaching Tips:  Scale load and movements to match your current fitness level. Dress warm if you are planning to attend the 5:30 am or 5:00 pm classes.  You will do 2 laps of the 1 mile loop. Read the first sentence of the coaching tips again if you are not sure you can do the run. Everything we do is scalable. We will be doing a skill warm up, so don't make a decision on whether or not to come by looking at what the workout is beforehand.
