Complete the exercises working in teams of 3, with 2 people working at a time.  The run will be done with all three team members holding the barbell.  The Wall Ball will be performed as "hover ball."  One teammate will be holding the barbell overhead and the other two will be throwing the ball back and forth over the barbell Wall Ball style.
