REMINDER:  This Thursday, Friday and Saturday are the "Share The Pain" days at CFEC.  All members can bring a friend (up to 3) to any class that you are attending for FREE.  Here's the chance to get your friends into CrossFit and show them what it's all about. 

Also, we will be having the Open Workout again this Friday at 6:00 p.m. and Saturday at 12:00 p.m. for any athlete that either wants to do it fir the first time, or re-do it for a better score.  You must register on the CrossFit Games web site.  There is a $2 fee for non-CFEC members.
