4 X 400M Sprints with 1 min rest in between efforts.
Post overhead squat reps and fastest split time.

Hi guys! Dropped in to CrossFit DesMoines this morning for my first out of town WOD. They programmed the benchmark McGhee and I represented CFEC pretty darn well! I was the only one who could Rx it (men & women) and I busted out 10 rounds! Missing my am crew…see you in a few weeks!
