” FGB… Sort of”
With a continuously running clock, perform as many reps as possible at each station for one minute.  At the start of each minute, move to the next exercise.  Count every rep during each exercise and add them all up for your score.  There will be a one minute rest period after each round.  The exercises are as follows:
Wall Ball  20#/14#
Lateral Bar Jumps  ( R + L = 1 Rep )
Power Cleans  75#/53#
Squat Thrusts
KB Swings 53#/35#
Post total reps.
Level II
Bench Press  5 X 5
Bulgarian Split Squat  8 reps each leg; X 3
15 Minute Ring work ( Front levers, Skin the Cat, Back levers, etc.)
Post loads.
Level 2X
20 Barbell TGU
AMRAP in 2 minutes:
Thrusters with load used for TGU.
Post load, time and reps.
