In teams of 2, complete the following:
“Partner Bear Complex”
5 Rounds
P1 Does 7 reps of the “Bear Complex”
1 Power Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Push Press
1 Back Squat
1 Push Press = 1 rep
P2 Rows for max meters
* Bar cannot rest on the ground until all reps are completed.
Each must add weight after each round.
