Partner Workout
In teams of two, complete the following:

3 Rounds
P1  2 Rounds –  15 Wall Ball  20#/14# + 5 Burpees
P2 Max Calories on Rower
* Switch after the 2 rounds are completed. Do not reset Rower.

P1 200m Run
P2 Max rounds of: 30 Double Unders + 5 Pull Ups
* Get as many rounds completed as possible while partner runs.  Upon partner’s return, pick up round were partner left off.

P1 2 Rounds of KB Complex:
6 KB Push Ups  2 @ 35#/2 @ 26#
5 KB Bent Over Rows
4 KB Cleans
3 KB Front Squats
2 KB Push Press
P2 Max Calories on Assault Bike
* Switch after partner completes 2 rounds.  Do not rest bike.
