Partner Workout
P1 – Runs 1 Mile
P2 – Does max reps of “The Bear Complex”  95#/65#
Then, Partners switch. P2 runs the mile and P1 does the complex.
“The Bear Complex” is:  1 Power Clean / 1 Front Squat / 1 Push Press / 1 Back Squat / 1 Push Press = 1 Rep
The bar cannot rest on the floor until 5 reps have been completed. 10 Burpee penalty if this occurs.
Post time and rep total.

Level 2
Partner Workout
P1 – Runs 1.5 Miles
P2 – Does max reps of “The Bear Complex”  115#/75#
Then, partners switch.  P2 runs 1.5 miles and P1 does the complex.
The bar cannot rest on the floor until 7 reps have been completed. 10 Burpee penalty if this occurs.
