We are very excited to now be part of the CrossFit community! We get a lot of motivation and knowledge from information posted on the CrossFit and various affiliate websites. It is wonderful to be involved in CrossFit and are happy to be part of it!
Our first time doing this WO in the early morning group class. I did 21 and 2/3 rounds in 20 mins.
