100m Sprint

* At 3-2-1-Go!, you will do 3 deadlifts, then sprint 100m. then rest until the clock shows 1:30.  At that time you will begin your next interval, repeat for 10 total sets.
Post weight used and Rx or not.

Note: Tomorrow’s group bike ride will roll out a half hour earlier, at 7:30 a.m.  Please, be there before that time and be ready to roll at 7:30.  We want to get some miles in before it gets too hot.
