Paul killed the first workout with a 7:51 which gave him 1st place.  He then went on to get a 20# PR on the Max Thruster workout with 205#.  As of print time we are unsure of the standings but know Paul is doing amazing!  His last workout begins at 8:30am tomorrow.  Wish him luck, as well as all of the other athletes competing, Teshina's first go time is also 8:30am.  More updates to come, you can also check out the live streaming at live.crossfit.com.
