Push Press

Back Squat

Push Press

The Bar cannot rest on the ground until you have completed all 7 reps, not even to regrip.  There will be a 10 burpee penalty for each instance of dropping the bar before all 7 reps of the complex are completed.  Add weight to your bar before beginning your next round.

Post end weight and total time.
