10 Tire Flip and Jump (Tire Flip, Jump In and Out Equals 1 Rep)
Workout Explanation: All team members will begin behind their Airdyne. At Go, the first teammate gets on the Airdyne and completes the 20 calories. When that teammate has completed the Airdyne calories, they move on to 30 Ball Slams, and the second teammate begins the Airdyne. This pattern continues, in order, through all of the movements. No teammate can start their next exercise until the teammate ahead of them has finished that exercise. The teammate in front does not have to wait for anyone behind. Your team’s score is the total time for all 4 members to go through both rounds of the workout.
Schedule Change for Memorial Day: We will only have classes in the morning on Monday 5/30. Our last class will be the 10:15 a.m. This will give everyone a chance to spend some time with their families for the holiday. We'll be back to regularly scheduled classes on Tuesday.
