*For the first round, go through the complex once, then run 200m. For the second round go through the complex twice, then run 200m. For the 3rd round go through the complex 3 times, then run 200m. Continue in this manner for the next 3 rounds, ending with 6 sets of the complex and a 200m run.
Post total time.
