Coaching Tips:  You will have a 3 minute rest between each AMRAP couplet.  Overhead squatting with the slosh pipe will be a challenge, and you must try to stay stabilized in the midline.  The ground to overhead is just what it sounds like.  Get the bar off the ground and locked-out overhead anyway you can.  A clean and jerk, a clean and press, or a snatch will all work.
