Announcement:  CFEC’s 2nd Adventure Workout will be this Sunday at 9:00 a.m.  The class will be held just north of the gym.  Take Cuyamaca St. north to Riverwalk Dr., turn right.  Take Riverwalk Dr. to the end and turn right at Park Center.  We will park at the end of the street.  We will have extra bikes for those of you that want to come try this fun workout.
