Great job today and last night to all the athletes who gave their best at the CrossFit Games Open workout. We also want to thank all of those who showed up to help support our team members through the workout. Our little gym gave excellent performances. It looks as though HQ is going to extend the first workout's validation period for another week. If anyone would like to better their score, you'll have another week to do it. One thing is for sure, we'll have another week to prepare for the rest of the sectional process.
