We will be closed today. We are all at the CrossFit Games Regional competition. We will have only morning classes on Monday, Memorial Day. After our 10:00 class, we will have our CFEC Memorial Day BBQ. Bring your choice of meat and something to share with others. Kyle will handle all the BBQ duties.
Regional Update: The team is sitting in 16th place after the second day of competition. We have two more workouts to try and move up the leaderboard. Our first heat is at 9:20 on Sunday. Zach is in 15th place. He had a very strong second day. He will continue to make his move higher up the leaderboard tomorrow.
