With one person working at a time, complete the total reps as a team, do the run together. You can only perform the exercises when both team members are back in the gym from the run.

10am class only

As many of you may have already heard, Paul suffered an injury during warm-up Saturday morning and was unable to continue to compete.  He had been having trouble with his left shoulder/biceps tendon for about a month and felt something "wrong" during the 2nd clean of Friday's 2nd workout.  While warming up Saturday morning for the muscle-up/thruster workout, he tore his biceps tendon while doing a muscle-up and as a result was unable to continue.
