AMRAP in 20 Minutes

2 Deadlifts 225#/155#

2 Pistols

200m Run

Add 2 reps to each movement every round.  For example: 2nd round – 4 Deadlifts, 4 Pistols, 3rd round – 6 Deadlifts, 6 pistols, etc… As far as you can in 20 minutes.

Post highest deadlift and pistol number.

Strength

Front Squat 3,3,3,3

GHD Hip Extension 20 reps x 4

Weighted Pull-Ups 5,5,5,5

Post loads for Front Squat and Pull-Ups.
