Team Workout (4 person teams)

Partners 1&2: 1 Mile Run with KB 35/26#
Partners 3&4: AMRAP in mile time of
3 Pull Ups
6 Push Ups
9 Squats
*Partners 3&4 work 1 person at a time, completing 1 full round before switching.
Then switch: Partners 3&4 run 1 mile while partners 1&2 complete the amrap.

50 Partner Deadlifts / Plank Hold
*2 people perform as many reps as possible on deadlift while partners 3&4 hold plank. Pairs keep rotating with deadlift and plank hold until 50 deadlifts are completed.

Post time and total number of reps completed for amrap.

Level 2

100 Partner Deadlifts / Plank Hold
*2 people perform as many reps as possible on deadlift while partners 3&4 hold plank. Pairs keep rotating with deadlift and plank hold until 100 deadlifts are completed.

1.5 Mile Run as a team, carrying 1 70/50# sandbag and 1 70/53#KB

Partners 1&2: 12 Sled Pushes *Partner sits on sled
Partners 3&4: AMRAP during sled pushes of
1 Rope Climb
10 Push Ups
15 Squats
*Partners 3&4 work 1 person at a time, completing one full round before switching.
Then switch: Partners 3&4 push sled while 1&2 complete the amrap.
