Coaching Tips:  Use bands at the the pull up bars to assist you at getting better at the pistols.  Remember, range of motion is King!  Bring wrist protection with you if you need them for the KB snatches.  Because of the reduced load for the squat cleans, go for speed.  Try to get as deep into the count before putting the bar down for a rest period.
