Coaching Tips:  "Partner Workout" is done like this: P1 does 50 double unders, while P2 is in the rings doing plank holds.  If P2 stops to rest, P1 must stop doing double unders. Then, partners switch exercises.  Double unders start at 50 reps and each set thereafter, go down in reps by 10. Rest as needed in transition, but keep in mind that the clock is always running.
