No time element.  Perform each of the movements till failure.  Start with press; once you cannot do anymore press, then do push press.  Once you cannot do anymore push press then do push jerks.  You cannot drop the bar until you are done with the entire sequence.  When you drop the bar, you must go on a 400M run.  Record the total number of press, push press, and push jerks achieved.
