Coaching Tips:  Scale load and movements to match your current fitness level.  Take seven sets to get your 1RM for the day on your snatch.  The second workout calls for you to use the same DB's for the first three movements.  You can go into your first thruster on rep ten of the hang squat clean.  Your trailing knee must kiss the ground on the lunges.  Keep your torso as upright as possible and shoulders over your hips while doing the walking lunges. Knees must touch your arm between the wrist and the elbow while performing the knees to elbows.
