Coaching Tips:  Scale load and movements to match your current fitness level.  The new mile loop is much flatter than our previous route, so times for the mile run should be somewhat faster.  You can partition out the workload in the gym as you see fit. 

NOTICE:  Please be advised that the 10:00 a.m. class has been moved to 10:15 a.m.  The extra 15 minutes will allow for less congestion for parking spaces at the rear entrance of the gym.  Thank you for your cooperation.
