Announcement: CFEC will be starting a Fitness Challenge February 9, and it will run for 60 days.  There will be a mandatory meeting Sunday, February 8, at 10 a.m.  There will be a sign up sheet at the front desk and any further questions can be answered by Coach Tyler.  If you are looking to kick start your fitness goals, this will be all the motivation you will need.
