Goes like this: With a 44# KB do 5 KBS, then 5 Goblet Squats and then 5 Push Ups.  Then do 10 KBS, 10 Goblet Squats and 10 Push ups.  Do all 45 reps with the 44# KB.  Next do all 45 reps with the 53# KB.  And, finally, do the last set with the 70# KB.
