Throwback to June 2010, we were at the last location in La Mesa, Dave and Paul going after it on the rower.  We felt as though we were involved in a fitness revolution back then.  A lot has changed over the years, but a lot is still the same.  We still put in the hard work.  Only now, with more grey hair or no hair at all.
