"Fun Friday Team Med Ball Bowling"
Teams are choosen. There will be 3 distances in which you will roll the med ball from. The first one is 10 feet away and the ball must be thrown from the " Superman" position. The second distance is 15 feet away and must be thrown " Grandma" style (between the legs). The third distance is 20 feet and the ball must thrown using just one arm.
Med Balls used will 20# for men,16# for women. The number of pins left standing will be the number of reps to be performed by the whole team. If a team member throws a strike, there doesn't have to be any exercises performed. The team with the most strikes thrown wins.
The Exercises are:
Burpees
Box Jumps
Clapping Push ups
Pin # X 5 Squats
