5 Rounds of:

20 Pull-ups, 30 Push-ups, 40 Sit-ups, 50 Squats

3 Minutes Rest Between Each Round

If at all possible, bring 2 stop watches along with you for this workout. One watch is to keep a running time of the work being done. The other is to time exactly 3 minutes rest between rounds. We have not done this Benchmark workout as prescribed before, so the board is WIDE OPEN for top performers to get their names up there. Good luck.
