7 reps = 1 round
Add weight each round
The bar cannot rest on ground until all 7 reps are completed

What a tough week. This seemed easy on paper. I started out with 95# and ended with 125#. I had to stop at rep 4 on round 5. I served my penance by doing a penalty round of 25 sit-ups.
Great skills day! Worked on crushing my ego, perfecting my humiliation, and breaking my psyche.
PS My knees feel like grapefruits.
